Q: Can I buy your sun cream outside of Switzerland?

Not yet. We are planning to spread it soon, thank you for your patience.

Q: Can I return a product?

We accept unopened and unused products should you want to return an item to us. Please note that only the price of the item will be reimbursed in this case – the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping charged will not be refunded. The refund will be processed after we receive the item and check it is intact. 

Please note that the returning shipping fees are not covered by BYMSKIN if you simply changed your decision after the order or the product is unsealed, as it is considered a personal hygiene product.

Q: Can I cancel or exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any of the products once they are shipped out.
However, if you have just placed an order and realized you took the wrong item or would like to cancel an item, please contact us right away at office@bymskin.com, so we can help you adjust the order if it’s still in the warehouse.

 

Q: I received a damaged or wrong item, what do I do?

We apologise for this situation! In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you can promptly contact us at office@bymskin.com with details of the product (picture) and the defect so that we can find the best solution for your convenience.
